BACK in Control (Part 2): Tools for dealing with chronic pain

David Hanscon, MD, states: “The essence of the chronic pain problem is often that no  one can find the source of your pain and no one believes you.”

Through his own experience with chronic pain, Dr. Hanscon, orthopedic surgeon, developed a self-directed approach to de-escalate pain, anxiety, resulting depression, isolation, and suffering.  His experience led to intense study of the impact our neurological system contributes to the physical pain of injury and suffering.

Join us in this intriguing discussion of tools for relief, for the return of self-esteem and for  the ending of anger and isolation.  Bring your notebook.

This 2 session class will be led by Sheila Kaye, MSW; her empathy for others fuels her desire to share supportive, healing tools and compassion for those living with chronic pain. Class size is limited, REGISTRATION REQUIRED. 828-356-2507
