Spotlight on Eggplant with Chef Jackie Blevins

Every summer we will highlight one item of the bounty to be found at our Farmers Markets. This years star...Eggplant!

This mysterious and sometimes much maligned vegetable can be so delicious. Chef Jackie will

demonstrate best practices for preparing eggplant. We will be taste testing and attendees will receive recipes.
